How I work

From the problem to a tested solution, all from my own hands.

Good digital products don't come from features. They come from understanding users, business and context. I bring research, concept, design and strategy together so that no gap opens up between insight and delivery.

Phase 01

Discovery & Research

I plan and run qualitative studies: journey and in-depth interviews, moderated focus groups. Needs, behavioural patterns and the central pain points are captured and synthesised into insight that makes decisions possible. Where it helps, I add quantitative data to validate hypotheses.

Typical outputs
  • Usage insights and behavioural patterns
  • Segmentation approaches, personas
  • Research synthesis, hypotheses
Phase 02

Experience Strategy

I develop digitalisation and channel strategies based on user research, business goals and organisational reality. That creates orientation and a shared basis for decisions that point in the same direction.

Typical outputs
  • Prioritised fields of action and target pictures
  • Digital channel strategy
  • Digitalisation roadmap
  • Decision-ready strategic foundations
Phase 03

Service Design

I develop and structure processes along the entire customer journey, across touchpoints, channels and organisational units. Breaks become visible, and the solutions are designed to work from both the user's and the business's point of view.

Typical outputs
  • End-to-end journeys
  • Service blueprints
  • Identified breaks
  • Prioritised improvement potential
Phase 04

UX Design & Validation

I design digital experiences from information architecture to interactive prototype. My standard: solutions that don't just look good but demonstrably work, proven through usability testing and iterative improvement.

Typical outputs
  • Information architecture, content structure
  • Wireframes
  • Interactive prototypes
  • Validated, tested solutions

Facilitation

I facilitate workshops and decision processes so that teams reach clear outcomes together. From small working groups to formats with 50+ participants, from internal team sessions to co-creation with end customers and clients.

Typical formats
  • Discovery workshops
  • Co-creation sessions
  • Strategy off-sites
  • Decision alignments with C-level
